Officer Memorial

Sergeant Rodney Todd Miller, 40, of the Illinois State Police was killed in an automobile accident Friday, May 12th.

Sergeant Miller had served his agency for 16 years. He is survived by his wife, two sons, parents, and a sister.

Chief Smith serves as a facilitator, lecturer, professor and other capacities both inside and outside the criminal justice field.
