Memorial

Tony Snow (1955-2008) passed away today. I was always impressed with Mr. Snow’s integrity and honesty, whether he was working as a news journalist or as the White House press secretary.

At a time when a lot of folks call themselves “journalists,” many of them could take a few lessons from Mr. Snow.

During the last few months of Mr. Snow’s life, he showed his true professional ilk by standing tall. His approach was genuine. He connected with the American public because he was the real deal. His God, family and his friends took priority. A man who had the public stature he had was still grounded in the pride of his family.

Godspeed, Mr. Snow
